| Welcome: Great response to this month's poll so far, [Vote box bottom left] - over 1000 votes already! As expected, Price is an overwhelmingly popular reason to pack in an insurer taking 55% of the vote. But a few surprises: nearly 10% of you marked Foreign Call Centres as a reason to leave your insurance company ... and why not? In a time of financial crisis, sending all our insurance premium money overseas does seem, (to get slightly americany), unpatriotic. We had expected Poor Claims Management to rank much higher than 8%, though, considering how much of our review boards reflect this as a complaint. |
