23/08/2010 Having swapped my mg zs for a toyota hilux i was informed by these people that i could not get insured with them on the hilux, ( i am 40 yrs old with no accidents and only a cu80 talking on phone 3 yrs ago just after law changed and full no claims)so i had to arrange alternative insurance elsewhere - no problem £460 thanks - then here comes the fun bit - debenhams want to charge me £70 for cancelling my insurance - over my dead body - spoke with obnoxious woman on phone reading from script blah blah, i explained i didnt want to cancel but they wouldnt insure me- said would still be £70 thanks, i said ok then insure the hilux then - she said cant and to please forward £70 - i would rather go to court than pay

04/02/2010 Do not be conned by the £15 Debenhams vouchers they offer you to take this, I bought my insurance in Dec 09, and their awful customer service just keep saying they are out of them. They will not tell you at time of taking your deposit, that vouchers will not be issued until 28 days after inception of policy- and they definitely will not tell you they do not have any of them. It is also worth knowing they must have stuck a deal with Debenhams to get these cheap, since the insurance provider is nothing but an advertising vehicle for Debenhams-and an awful one at that.

21/09/2009 First it would only give me a quote for one dog ... I have three. Then, it asked for my dog's chip number ... who has that next to them when completing a simple online quote?! Then, they brought back a quote of almost £420 for just one dog! My insurance for all 3 right (with almost identical cover) is roughly £550. I'll pass thanks.
