21/04/2010 Refused to cover the Icelandic Volcano issue - not to be trusted. They used a very small clause in the small print to wriggle out of any responsibility!

18/10/2008 I found this site a bit odd: from the front page, the only prominent links for travel insurance take you to the form for renewing an existing policy. However when I clicked on the "travel insurance" link in tiny letters at the bottom of the page, I found their new policy quotation form. Maybe they're not looking for new business? Anyway once I found the form it was all quite easy, except I don't see why they ask for the end date of my holiday before the start date: inevitably I put them in the wrong way round and got confused. Their prices were lower than most other quotes I've had - they seem like a good option.
