26/10/2009 This has to be the worst insurance company ever We had a bathfull of water come thru our ceiling which affected out lounge diner and hall stairs and landing we reported it and had to wait 2 weeks for somebody to come and have a look at it they are refusing to redecorate the "lounge" end of the room forever on hold on the phone customer service is a joke i will be changing my insurance as soon as i can
12/08/2009 12/08/2009 - Poor customer service, bad information, lack of knowledge, lack of accuracy taking the information from clients, provided with incorrect amount for car insurance, more expensive quotes. Do not recommend this company to anyone.
05/03/2009 I have a home and buildings insurance policy with "insure". When you have a claim to make, their customer service is the worst I've experienced of any service provider, bar those in the non-commercial sector; 4 days after the event, it's been impossible to even begin making a claim ?¢‚Ǩ‚Äù promises of the right people calling back, who never do. I've lost count of the hours we've wasted trying to speak to someone. If I was to insure again, I would pay a little extra for a good service.
10/10/2008 Insure's car insurance quote form is well written and easy to use. A lot of insurance companies' websites look quite cheap, but this one didn't. It's also a shorter form than many others - they don't ask about where your car is stored overnight, existing no claims bonuses etc. I liked the fact that instead of asking you lots of additional questions, they state what assumptions your quote is based on and give you the chance to change them. Insure gave me by far the cheapest quote I've had from anyone, and I'll be using them.
26/06/2008 Phone lines were only open for a short amount of time each day, so I had to go through everything online, which I don't usually do with insurance. The site was quite helpful though with lots of information about what should be filled in where. I was able to select exactly which methods they could use to contact you, so they won't ring unless you say. There did seem to be a lot of questions which weren't relevant unless you wanted buildings insurance as well, and I think this would be avoided if you got a quote over the phone. Was worth the effort though as quote was comparably cheap.
23/05/2008 In the main I found this a clearly designed easy to use website. What put me off was the amount of detail they wanted before I could submit a quote for house insurance. Like a number of similar sites, they expect to be provided far too much information (eg nature of my employers business) and I do not wish to be bothered by follow up telephone calls or emails. On this basis I wouldn't use them.
08/05/2008 Is actually a proper insurance broker, which makes a change! Quote a bit slow for me - as the first time they assume that you have no points and over 9 years no claims. So had to go backwards to alter this info. Priced similarly to Tesco again. A very sensible site. If that is what you require.
