» Please do not post personal problems you are having with any particular company. Stating "... my claim ref 88730848ABFG for my cat peeing on the rug is taking forever".

» Please do not mention other companies related to the company you are reviewing such as saying "Direct Line suck, Legal & General are miles better!"
