08/04/2010 By far the worst insurance company ever. I have been a member there for 29 years and have just left as a result of there lack of customer service and total disregard for sensitive information in there care. SIMPLY HEALTH ARE USELESS. I would suggest anybody looking for true medical insurance that pays out when its needed look online there are lots of very good providers around that would be a much better bet than simply health.
20/06/2008 Was very open about the prices, and showed all the different plans and levels in a little chart with all the prices per week so that it was easy to compare. On the same page there was also a summary breakdown of the benefits of each of the different levels of cover. Cover also seemed to be pretty comprehensive and it was very open about the actual extent of the cover such as maximum of 20 nights in hospital. It was also good that you could add children for free. The only thing I didn't like with the site was that there was no option to stop them contacting you, it just said that by going to the quote page you were agreeing that they could contact you.
02/05/2008 Private healthcare plans. Really good site. An idiot's guide to their plan prices and cover available. I wouldn't use their plans myself because I thought they were grossly overpriced for the cover offered.
