05/06/2010 Agree with the above, awful website that won't take a payment. Even customer services can't process my payment! I am taking my business elsewhere.
11/04/2010 was utter rubbish, slow not any cheaper than the others as boasted. a let down on all fronts.
13/12/2009 Not worth a penny. their website gives a cheaper quote than other insurers but doesn't take the payment. if you ring customer services to make the payment, a £7 admin fee applies and it is not realy any cheaper than the others.
28/07/2009 If they are really that big a company, when is their website going to hit the 21st century?
